 Help
make a difference in the community by sponsoring Academics In Motion.
It is a great cause and we are dedicated to creating opportunity for the
youth in our communities.
Currently AIM does not pay anyone in the internal
management of the organization. This includes the
President and co-founder, COO and co-founder,
Fundraising Manager, and Grant Writer. In order to sustain
the internal capacity of the organization, AIM is looking for
like-minded organizations that share our mission and are
willing to invest in our vision. We are not expecting one
fund to provide all the necessary capital, but we are
looking for partners that would have a significant effect
in the future success of AIM.
Prospective partners include corporations, individual
contributors, and annual fundraisers working with major
league sports offices in conjunction with individual
athletes, grants, and fund foundations. In order to sustain
the internal capacity of the organization over a three-year
period, AIM is looking to raise $2 million.
This will enable the organization to focus its efforts on
program expansion and reach the 75-school critical mass
necessary to be self-sustaining.
